At Grüns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
